CTMP - Cross Training Management Program
CTRS offers graduates the opportunity to work for four to six weeks under the guidance of a faculty or research mentor at a participating industry institution. Through this one-on-one collaboration, students gain theoretical knowledge and practical training in academic research and scientific experimentation in Serbia. CTMP plan is to identify, recruit, and train incredible youth leaders from faculties and sends these groups as "Posses" to top hotels in Serbia and worldwide. Once they complete 12 month international training they are ready to become members of bottom management and to place their strengths where they will produce top results.
